Why Maps says Call instead of Book

A patient opens your listing and looks for the next step. Book means they can reserve an appointment. Call means they have to ring.

Book is missing for a plain reason. There is no diary. Or there is one, and Google has not been pointed at it. Or you only take calls.

If you already have a diary, we point Book at the link Google allows on your listing.

We cannot invent a booking system. We cannot force a Book button Google does not offer.

If you only take calls, Maps stays on Call. That is not a failed job.
