Do you need my Google password?: No. Never. If we make the changes, you add us as a Manager. Never as Owner. You stay in charge. You can remove us the same day. Watch the 30-second walkthrough.
What is the review card?: A print file that opens your listing’s official Google review form. The card is designed to look like your clinic — your name, your colours — not like a Practice Maps flyer. Included when we do the steps (£595). You print it. We do not buy reviews. We do not ask patients to leave five stars only.
How fast is the report?: We aim to send the report within 5 working days, once we have a usable website or Maps link. That is an aim, not a promise.
What if I only take bookings by phone?: If you already have a diary, we connect the Book link Google allows on your listing. If you only take calls, Maps stays on Call. We cannot add a Book button Google does not offer, and we cannot invent a booking system.
Are the prices final?: £595 and £249 are the amounts on the Monzo links. £149 a month is the amount on the Stripe link. We do not add a separate VAT line here.
How does monthly stop?: £149 follows a £249 or £595 report. It is not a first purchase on its own. £149 is taken each month. Stop any time by email. Fees already paid are not refunded for the month already covered.
When do you start the changes?: If we put the changes on, you add us as a Manager on Google first. Never as Owner. You stay in charge. The report does not wait for that.
What happens after I pay?: The page emails hello@practicemaps.co.uk the full invoice — number, dates, bill-to, how to pay, description, VAT, and total — for £595, £249, and £149 a month, then opens Monzo or Stripe. We never see your card number. Asking for an invoice does not charge you.
What if the listing is the gym’s, not ours?: We only rewrite the listing the clinic owns and can edit. We do not change the leisure centre, the landlord, or any pin you cannot edit.
