Privacy

We keep the email you give us so we can do the work and keep accounts. We also collect the name, clinic name, billing address if you ask for an invoice, website or Maps link, and any note you type on Write or Pay.

This site does not publish a home address. We do not take card numbers here. £595 and £249 are paid on Monzo. £149 a month is paid on Stripe. They see what a bank normally sees. We never see the card number. If you pay an invoice by bank transfer, your bank and ours see what banks normally see.

When you press pay, subscribe, ask for an invoice, or send a question, that note is emailed to hello@practicemaps.co.ukso we can match it to the payment or reply. The form is delivered by Web3Forms to that inbox. A copy of what you type can also sit in this browser (local storage). That copy is only on your device. Clearing site data removes it. Emails are kept for the job and for accounts, then deleted when we no longer need them.

We do not sell lists. We only use your Google account for the work you bought, and only if you add us as a Manager. Never as Owner.

Enquiry and payment notes are meant for hello@practicemaps.co.uk. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. We do not use an advertising tracker.
